MMMmmm don't know - Is there a way to alter the zoom limits?
Here is a shot of a gunsight - in the top left is the front view (ie really the back view) - and bottom right is a 3d view from the same ish angle. See how the innards of the sight can be seen in the top left - but are covered in the bottom right (the way they should be) - and look fine in the side view top right.
