I haven't had a chance to copy down the error message. If I find it again i'll post it. It occurred when I went to undo a committed subdivision and change the level. It first said something about the number of surfaces and whatnot and then just a few letters and numbers in the next message. I've been able to keep working despite that so long as I take the proper precautions to safeguard against that, such as not performing the procedure during another process on my computer.
