Vertex Selection Errors

I've only recently begun to experience an error when trying to select an individual vertex from an object or surface in that the selection operation returns multiple vertices. I've piped the session debug script to a text file which is too large to upload to the forum; the debug script can be viewed here: http://www.rtrfan.us/RTR/ac3d_debug.txt.

The only error that I saw recorded in the debug script is:
"Error: Could not load SiAppDll dll files (space mouse software not installed)"

AC3D is current.

Do you have any AntiAlising turned on in your GPU options? This can cause bad selections.
