AC3D Bends and other question. thanks
Hi I recently downloaded the demo version of this software to devolp models for a 3D FPS game, I have been able to create objects such as craters/tables/beams etc etc basic items. The next item i was trying to make was a curved pipe, and couldnt seem to figure it out I made a cylinder and want to bend the middle of it outward.
Also is AC3D a good 3d modeller compared to the likes of Milkshape 3D etc, as im thinking about buying the software |

The best way to make pipes or wires is to extrude an elipse along a path. Draw a line in the shape of pipe or wire and place the elipse at the end. In object mode select the elipse then shift-select the line. Click on "object" Extrude along path.
