Stop Working on Save

it might have been two versions installed into the same folder or it could be a problem with the graphics card drivers, when the screen is forced to refresh after the save dialog is closed. Some drivers are designed and tested in single-window (game) mode and don't like the desktop environment. You could try updating your drivers.

If it doesn't crash when pressing control+s but does crash when using a file dialog to give a file name then that may indicate the problem.

Other than that, let us know if you experience it again.
