Re: Avenger Class Starship
Here's the latest work I've done. Detailing. The devil is truly in it. You have no idea how many times my computer has crashed because of this bloody blasted model. Luckily I have the Indiana Jones theme playing to console me.

Re: Avenger Class Starship
Detailing looks well worth the effort! It really ups the authenticity of the craft.

Four phaser cannons, two photon torpedo launchers, two quantum torpedo launchers, and a tricobalt/transphasic torpedo launcher. Now would be the point at which a person turns around with their tails between their legs. Impractical, maybe. Effective, possibly. Fun, definitely. And I haven't even gotten to the phaser strips.

Re: Avenger Class Starship
Well, for all intents and purposes I lost Epsilon.ac, which all these pictures were of, so I went back to Delta.ac and redid some things, and here's what I've gotten up to. I don't know if I like the inset part on Deck 9 yet, anyone care to venture an opinion?

Re: Avenger Class Starship
Well, the exterior is giving me a headache, so I decided to work on the interior. Here's what I've gotten so far by way of a transporter room. Very rough, and it needs a lot of work, but it's a start.

Re: Avenger Class Starship
Yep, the Captain's Yacht. Until I get a better name, it's called the Cobalt Phoenix. It's got maneuvering thrusters, impulse engines, a classic turbofan engine for flight in antigrav dampening environments, and warp engines. About 40 meters long. Fast and compact, but comfortable. Eh, I'll keep working on it.

Re: Avenger Class Starship
I know the yacht for the Galaxy Class (Enterprise D) doesn't have any weapons, but I'm not sure about the Nova Waverider, the Intrepid Aeroshuttle, or the Sovereign Class (Enterprise E) Yacht. If anyone could let me know whether or not these have weapons, I'd appreciate it. I'd be just as happy having it without weapons (the Avenger has too many as it is), but I don't think it's advisable for me to leave it defenseless.

Re: Avenger Class Starship
It looks like some have "minimal" defenses, but I have yet to find an actual armament load out for your specific types of ships.

Re: Avenger Class Starship
Mhm, yeah. Every starship needs a bridge, so I figured it was high time I finally finished it. This is actually the ninth attempt, and differs greatly from the original concept. It's got a conventional seating arrangement, but it is open to the rest of Deck 1 from behind and its walls are quite unusual. They're basically holoscreens which work in conjunction with the main viewscreen to provide a somewhat panoramic view of the space around a ship. It's very useful in combat for those who want to see where fire is coming from. It's not full coverage, but it's better than nothing. I got a lot of the design ideas from the "USS Defiant NX-01-A" from Voyager: Hope and Fear. The bridge is somewhat spartan now, but it'll be better once I add details to the walls and some more chairs.
(I apologize for the brightness of the viewscreen, I'm not sure what happened there)
