Hello all.

I'm not just an AC3D newbie, I'm also new to free form 3D modeling. My familiarity is in engineering drafting like AutoCAD and Solid Edge. I've been practicing on AC3D 5.0.21, but I'm still having trouble getting started. I need to create a simple character with a bone shaped body (not anatomical but more like a doggie bone) with basic cartoon-like features (eyes, mouth, hand and feet). I don't need any texturing or lighting.

Can anyone help me get started? I'm going over the functionality of the software and I see it can do a lot. After seeing some examples, my model seems like it should be a walk in the park. Any advice?

Thanks in advance!
