TS can export scenes as DirectX files or vrml 2.0, but you'll need to do another conversion from those formats to one that AC3D can read, using another program to convert the files.

A simpler method for importing all objects in a TS scene into AC3D might be to select all objects in your TS scene then saving the selected objects all at once as 3ds/obj/etc. I tested this by selecting all objects in a TS scene, then saving as 3DS --- AC3D picked up the test scene quite nicely, including some, if not most/all, material info.

There may be other plugins/exporters for TS that I have not seen as well that could push TS scene data into something AC3D can read.

Good luck
