Collada Export

Doing work now exporting to Collada, having a issue with textures carrying over with the export file. Standard one sides mesh with a tga texture, also tried jpg.

It would appear that the export only deals with the mesh.

Can you please look in or advise Andy?

It would also be nice to get an update on importing collada files as well.
Will we be able to import collada files in the near future, or should we use blender for this?
