Rendering with trial version
Hi all,
I am just wondering if I can render models using the trial version of AC3D? Do I need the POV plugin to do this? Thanks |

Re: Rendering with trial version
You can render with the trial version.
Install POV from www.povray.org and in AC3D, select Tools->render. Andy |

Re: Rendering with trial version
Thanks.
I am interested in using AC3D for a simple arcade shooter. Is there a way I can render a model to say a .bmp file or such? I would like to create models to uses a sprites in my game. Thanks |

Re: Rendering with trial version
Yep, get the 3d window composed how you want it, and select menu Edit->copy-3d-image-to-clipboard (NOT Edit->copy). This will put the bitmap in your windows clipboard so you can paste it into another program e.g. a paint program or work processor.
You may want to edit the 3d background color in File->settings too. Andy |
