Well after much fuss I've decided to go a different route with the bike scene. The gold I had the bike running through just didn't look the way I wanted it to no matter what I did. I think I'll go with a night city scene.

LOL, well normally I would, but if I reveal my secret sources everyone will buy them up and I wont have any.
![]() BTW, how do you like my fancy futuristic puter with a clear liquid crystal screen? |

Wow! Excellent stuff!
Should we have a new section on the forum: "AC3D Work in progress/Gallery" ? Andy |

LOL, thanks. Actually I should take it easy because I'm pretty limited on bandwidth. Earthlink doesn't give me a whole lot to mess with.
If you're the web master of this site it would be easy to make a gallery. Just duplicate your index page and rename it to gallery. Clean off the center area of the page to make room for photos and update all your page links. Make a folder and name it gallery_photos or something like that to upload the images to. Of course I don't know how much bandwidth you have to play around with either. |

Ok as you can tell, I created the computer to be part of this scene which I just finished. I think that I'm finally satisfied enough with this one to submit it to 3D World magazine ( thanks Andy for the head's up! ). I'm going to have to mail this one in because it's a whopping 20 megs in size. I gotta say though that the original Targa file looks great.
If they accept this image and publish it, that would totally blow me away. ![]() |

That looks great Woody but it's perhaps a little dark? I had to turn up the contrast on my monitor to get a good look.
I think the image of the man on the wild bike is great. Most of the 3D World images feature a person or creature, I think they would really like it. Andy |

Ok I'll think of something. I think that maybe it's a little dark because of different monitor adjustments. I've been staring at a light table for so many years that I think I've lost sensitivity to light lol.
Thanks for the input. |
