Please try this tcl file instead the the current one (put in plugins folder, inside the app bundle) and let me know if it fixes it. Essentially, the X-Plane properties window has been changed to a document type (with a thicker titlebar). Other window types don't like some content.

I work a lot with ac3d to turn planes into VR. "ac3d 8.3.30 / plugin 3.4.0b3"
My question:
How do I edit dataref commands in property xplane without having to make a pasted copy?

I confirm this tcl version (with x-plane object properties window with thicker titlebar) works better: dropdown commands and datarefs are now there (osX Catalina)!
