Repeatable crash during 'subtract' operation

Problem:
In the attached file, if you select the cuboid object, then select the 'pill' object and select 'subtract' from object->boolean menu, crash occurs.

Expected result:
Should product a 'bathtub', ie a cuboid with a pill shaped indentation.

Actual result:
Application crashes, dialog box appears informing of crash and instructing to contact developers.

Notes:
If objects are selected in opposite order the function completes correctly.

Configuration:
OS: Linux - Ubuntu 10.04
AC3D ver. 6.5.28 (accelerated version)
Machine: Dell XPS M1330
