Reworking the tank

I had one custom greeble shaped as a brick. You just select some of the surfaces you want to cover with bricks and the greeble plugin do the rest. I also rotated the custom brick to get different resoults. also the random seed is a good thing to use.This is one of the settings I used. Now on another note I have changed the ground texture. I wasent to pleased with the first. I think this one is better.

The most jaw-dropping feature for me just has to be how you got the chains to hang realistically.

Well, I didnt fint it especially difficult to make any part of it actually, but the most time consuming part was the small details between the armour. Also the tread system took some time to finish.

Did you bevel the edges on the armor plates? I have been having difficulties with the bevel tool, so I end up just making the texture map have "tears" around where the edges go.

Yes, I used surface and bevel. I found that to be the easyest to do. I also spent some time making all the different surfaces as planar as possible without loosing the overall shape.

I`m not sure. I dont ceep track of the hours. Its just a hobby.

Not to be a nuisance or anything, but the front and rear wheels inside the treads should have some sort of spikes to connect the wheels to the treads. Like in this photo of an M24.
