Upgrade issues
I started using AC3D v 7.5.02 with the X-Plane plugin available at the time: no issues. I have been through several AC3D upgrades to v 8.0.80, again with no issues. Last week, I upgraded to the 8.03.04 Beta and also upgraded the X-Plane plugin to XPlaneSupportWin34b1. I followed the installation instructions religiously and restarted my PC. When I opened AC3D, all of the X-Plane menus appear and are clickable, but when I attempt to open X-Plane Object Properties and X-Plane Panel Properties, the status bar (bottom right) shows that something is happening but the dialog boxes do not appear. Consequently, I cannot create any animations or 3D cockpits, which is at the heart of what I do.
Do you have any suggestions / solutions? Do I need to completely remove AC3D and the plugin and start again? Any assistance you can provide will be gratefully accepted. By the way, that has been no other changes (either hardware or software on my PC). Thanks in advance, Drew Dale |

Re: Upgrade issues
Could be that the window is popping up off screen. Try resetting the FIle->Settings to defaults.
